VIIS in collaboration with Swaralayam Arts Forum, Houston, USA organized the Carnatic Classical Music competition at VIIS on Saturday, 26th December 2020, as part of 12th Annual Sulochana Pattabhiraman Utsavam. This initiative is an offshoot of the vision of Mr. Ravi Iyer, Founder Director, Swaralayam Arts Forum in paying homage to the renowned Carnatic Classical Musician Smt. Sulochana Pattabhiraman.
        
        32 Students participated enthusiastically in the categories of Vocal, Wind Instrument, Stringed Instrument and Percussion and bagged prizes.
