9 students through the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility, University of Minnesota participated in the course at VIIS from 28 Dec 2017 to 13th Jan 2018. The objective of the program was to help students understand health care delivery, global health and effects of globalization in the context of India. The course also conveyed the significance of the Social Determinants of Health in a globalized world. Field experiences and a three day’s workshop on Leadership complemented the three-week program.
