One student from Cornell Institute of Public affairs, Cornell University participated in the Externship Semester pilot program at VIIS this year from Jan 23rd through May 15th.
        The program focused specifically on development management and provided the MPA student participant with a unique academic and professional experience in an overseas environment. The program offered a broad range of coursework designed to prepare student for top leadership and management role in developing organizations. The student was engaged in two academic courses on Microfinance & Microenterprises, Development of indigenous community and a 10 week internship on Human and Social capital.
